Terms of service

1. I accept payments through PayPal, Ko-fi or bank transfer for citizens of the Netherlands2. I do not accept refunds 24 hours after receiving the payment, or after I have started on the line art of your commission3. You'll be put on the waiting list AFTER the payment4. I reserve a right to not accept or cancel your order without any specific reason5. I do NOT accept AI character references. If you do send me an AI reference and I find out later on/suspect it, I have the right to refuse your current and/or future commission(s), unless you can provide me evidence it was not made by AI6. Waiting time is 2 months at max, I send updates myself, there's no need to ask for them7. I'll be sending you updates on different stages of the commission8. You can make as many changes to the sketch as you wish9. After you accept the sketch, you can't make any major edits for free. I charge €5-20 extra, depending on the complexity of the edit10. I reserve the right to publish your finished art on my social media11. Keep in mind, colours of your characters might be slightly changed in the final result12. All rights for the art I create belong exclusively to me. You are not allowed to sell or exchange my art in any form unless it is explicitly agreed upon when you first purchase your commission13. You may not use my artwork in any physical or digital marketplace, or any published material. If this is something you are interested in, you must purchase the rights to do so14. You may not make changes to the art piece yourself or ask /commission someone else to do so without asking me for permission. If you do ask me, I reserve the right to refuse15. I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose16. You may not claim the art as yours17. You may not remove my watermark
